LIFE BY DESIGN
Make room for a more connected life.
Life by Design is my exploration of presence, honest conversation, and the relationships that shape how we live.
Over the past several years, I’ve devoted much of my life to breathwork, sound healing, men’s groups, spiritual practice, and the study of masculine and feminine dynamics. Travel through Thailand, Bali, Maui, and beyond has given this work a setting, but the questions have always been personal: how do we live with intention, connect more deeply, and bring more of ourselves into the lives we create?
This is where those explorations come together.
Dragon’s Breath. A practice that grew with us.
I developed Dragon’s Breath for the men in my groups: a shared practice that brought breathwork into the space we were creating together. Over time, the men began bringing their wives and girlfriends. Their enthusiasm opened another chapter, and I now offer mixed groups as well as sessions for men.
Sound healing is a central part of the experience. I work primarily with chalice crystal bowls, supported by tuning forks and percussion, bringing breath and sound together in the sessions I facilitate.
My breathwork has taken me to Bali, Thailand, Maui, Florida, and Italy. Each place has added something to my understanding of presence, community, and the experience of slowing down enough to notice ourselves.
Dragon’s Breath continues to evolve with the people who take part. For me, it belongs within a wider exploration of how we live, alongside the conversations and relationships that continue long after a session ends.
Sound healing. The resonance within.
Sound healing is a central part of my breathwork and men’s groups. I work primarily with chalice crystal bowls, alongside tuning forks and other percussion instruments. These instruments are an integral part of how I facilitate the experience.
The sound gives people another way to listen and bring their attention into the room. Within Dragon’s Breath, breath and sound belong together: the bowls have become a defining part of the practice as it has grown from men’s circles into mixed gatherings.
My interest is in the experience we create together, with space for each person to notice their own response. Across these sessions, sound, presence, and human connection continue to inform one another.
I’ve run men’s groups in Maui, Dubai, and Thailand. These gatherings have become an important part of my life’s work: bringing men together for honest conversation, shared reflection, and a deeper sense of community.

I’m interested in the person behind the roles we carry. How do we show up in our relationships? Where do we find purpose? What does strength look like when we can also be open about uncertainty? A group gives those questions room to be spoken and heard.
My exploration of masculinity is closely connected to presence and responsibility. Listening with care, speaking honestly, and following through in our lives are practices we can return to together. That shared attention is at the heart of the space I want to create.
Breathwork and sound healing are part of this work, alongside conversation. Dragon’s Breath began in these circles, and the relationships formed here continue to shape my approach to facilitating.
A REFLECTION
How we live is part of what we create.
Photography taught me to pay attention. My work with people has brought that attention into another part of life: how we listen, how we relate, and what happens when we make time to be fully present.
In Thailand, Bali, and Maui, I spent time exploring spiritual practices and different ways of gathering. Breathwork, movement, sound, and conversation became part of that experience. I’ve brought them into community events and sessions, learning through participation as well as facilitation.
Life by Design is the name I give this continuing exploration. It holds my curiosity about masculine and feminine dynamics, my work with groups and couples, and the writing that grows from those experiences. Each part informs the others.
The art of life is something we practice in ordinary moments: the attention we bring to a partner, the honesty of a conversation, the willingness to look at ourselves again. That is the thread I keep following.
IN DEVELOPMENT
Couples Workbook
Modern Guide for the Ultimate Connection is the couples workbook I’m developing from my ongoing study of relationships, masculine and feminine dynamics, and the conversations I’ve shared with couples. It is a substantial work in progress, with space for reflection, dialogue, and practice.
The questions at its heart are familiar: how do we communicate what we need? How do we build trust while remaining honest about our boundaries? What helps us meet one another with care, curiosity, and a willingness to keep learning?
I explore masculine and feminine dynamics as a way to open those conversations. The workbook invites couples to consider what these ideas mean in their own relationship, with mutual respect and freely chosen participation at the center. Listening, vulnerability, giving and receiving, and the ways we express affection all have a place in the work.
My intention is to give these conversations more room than we usually make for them in daily life. The writing continues to develop alongside my work with people, and I’m taking the time to shape it thoughtfully.
The workbook is not yet available for purchase. If you’d like to hear more about the project or enquire about working together, please get in touch.
